Even if you're feeling pretty good you'll still be legally 'impaired' and your reaction times, etc. will be messed up. You definitely won't be able to drive that day.

I hand mine Tuesday and would not have even been awake 2 hours later for a doppler. (Maybe I am more sensitive than some)
My test was scheduled for 9am but was not done until 9:40am. I got into recovery at 10:40. I could not have made it an appointment 2 hours after my posted time.
I'm not trying to be negative but I hope you don't experience any delays.
My husband drove me home. I slept on the one hour drive then slept the rest of the day, stayed awake about 3 hours and then slept all night.
I think you will definitely need a driver.
