I finally hit onederland!! 197.8 today, I hit 199 last week? (busy week forgot to post lol) I thought it would happen sooner but I've had a few stalls. I upped my protein and voila! it's coming off much more quickly. Wish I'd done THAT sooner.

I don't think I've been below 200 since high school? not sure I was heavy then too.

That is Wonderful. And it only took you 7 months. I too have just hit wonderland (198.6). It took me 10 months to do it, but thank God I did. Congratulations to you. Much more future success.
