Transferred from Ottawa to Humber
I made the decision to transfer to Humber, as it was Soooooooo much closer then Ottawa. Ever since i went to the Info session with humber, things have been moving so smoothly. They booked all of my appts for the next 2 months, and looking about March/April for surgery, with Dr. Lindsay. This is my new timeline so far.

Asked to be transferred to HRRH- September 28th, 2011
Information Session in Toronto- November 28th, 2011
Met with Surgeon-Dr. David Lindsay- December 8th, 2011
Gastric Bypass Class- January 17th, 2012
Social Worker(SW)/Nurse Clinician (RN)- February 8th, 2012
Registered Dietitian (RD)- February 17th, 2012
