Need Help!!
I need help to get back on track , I am so close My goal is 190 pounds I am 223, I have been stuck at this weight for about 2 months , I will be a year out January 25th my loss has been very slow. besides that i need help to get back on track no fussing please just suggestions to help get back on the proper eating wagon , as I have been eating some things I know I should not and can now eat more, not anywhere near as much as before , but still , meal suggestions and things I can do to get this 30 pounds off would be great.
My only suggestion is try going back to the basics. There's a great website for that. You might find it helps a lot.

Get our your written meal plan you followed right after surgery, if you still have it. Eat those things, just in slightly larger portions. Eat protein first, then fruits and veggies. Stop eating the things you think you should not eat.
