 I'm a week and a half out Wednesday I fainted fell over in kitchen my girlfriend took me to er to find out I am not drinking enough water this is no joke get your water in people scared the crap out of me drinking all my water now it's hard but I do it

Just out of curiosity how much water were you drinking? I havent been able to get in a full 64oz yet.

 I'm with Jamie, I was wondering how much water you did intake. I really do have trouble getting my water in also, but will try much harder after reading this. Thanks.

It's been posted many times before, but bears repeating tat the number one complication after surgery is dehydration. Sip.. Sip. Sip. All day and all night. Don't make excuses, just do it..

I just had surgery on Monday Dec 5th and I swear there's a water bottle in my bed, one beside my couch, one in the bathroom and a couple in the kitchen...I am constantly drinking something because I don't wanna end up in th ER...this is excellent advice
