4th Surgiversary

I celebrated my 4th surgiversary on December 5.  I am happy, healthy, active.....absolutely love the life my gastric bypass has given me!

Height 5' 1"   WLS on 12/05/07      Plastics on 04/27/09

Congrats.  So inspiring to see that someone has done as well as you have.  Any advice to stay on track ?
