Always hungry...

7 weeks post-op today and I'm starting to feel like I'm doing something wrong! I've started eating a little more over the last 2 weeks and by a little more I mean like 2ox of food sometimes 3 depending on what it is. But for some reason I'm ALWAYS hungry now, is that normal? I feel like I need to start carrying snacks where ever I go b/c if I go too long without eating and I finally eat something I get sick.... Is there something wrong with me??

Are you eating soft and mushy things or solid things?  Are you eating protein at each meal/snack?

Sounds to me like you're not eating quite enough at a time, and maybe you aren't eating often enough.  How many meals/snacks do you plan to eat in a day?

I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner... I try not to snack... I'll have 2 boiled eggs in the morning and a small piece of turkey bacon and I'll be hungry again in like 2 hours, for lunch I'll have a meat and some steamed veggies and then I'll be hungry again.... and for dinner same a meat and veggies. I'll drink my protein (Nectur) throughout the day but for some reason it's like I get hungry soon after I eat.... My partner tells me that I'm not eating enough at each meal but some times I feel like if I eat more than I'll be "over eating"!

Your breakfast sounds like a reasonable amount.  I think the problem is trying to only eat three times a day.  I'd be starving if I did that.  I suggest planning snacks.  And you may not need the protein drink if you're eating snacks with protein as well as your meals.  One thing about eating small meals frequently (or snacks, whatever you want to call it) is that it helps keep your blood sugar level.  Drops in blood sugar might make you feel hungry even if it hasn't been real long since you've eaten.

One thing I've noticed is that most people that are a couple years out eat more than three times a day, at least those that post here and that have been pretty successful with their weight loss.  That does not mean you can't be successful if you only eat three times a day, of course.  It's just that most people seem to do better eating more often.  In the early days, some people do fine eating just three times a day because some people don't feel hunger at first.  Further out, most people seem to need to eat more often, though.

Another possibility might be thirst. I know that, for me anyway, if my pouch is dry, I frequently feel what I interpret as hungry. Perhaps getting in more water (really, any non-caffeine drink) might help with some of that along with what Kelly suggested.

Thank you! I'll definitely keep this in mind... I'm going to try it next time I eat and feel hunger shortly after.
