Peppermint Mocha
There is also a CALORIE FREE alternative in using a sugar-free flavored syrup. But most of us still use creamer in our coffee...so not sure if if it saves many calories. I know when I use the SF Peppermint Mocha creamer I used a good bit to get it to the taste I wanted. With my syrup I can adjust up without adding calories!

(ETA: I achieve the mocha part by making a diet hot chocolate (25 cals and adding some decaf coffee to it. I add a bit of creamer and my syrup. The whole thing comes up to about 75 calories when I make it myself)
