This one's def a KEEPER!! Stuffed Pepper Soup

Hands down, this is now one of my all time faves!

This soup is sooooo good!  Perfect for cold winter nights!

Sounds yummy!  I am going to try this one as I have just tried and found I can tolerate rice.  Like you I also dislike green peppers, so perfect recipe for me

Thanks for that recipe AutumnRae... I will have to give it a try.... here is another.... I practically live on it ... very RNY friendly ... tons of protein:

Taco Soup   1 lb of ground beef 1 diced onion 1 diced red pepper   1 can black beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can of pinto beans 1 can of cannellini beans 1 can of corn 2 cans of beef broth 1 can of diced tomatoes 1 (lg) can of crushed tomatoes 1 can (sm.) of diced jalapeño peppers 2-3 packets of taco seasoning   Sauté the top three ingredients Add all other ingredients and let cook for an hour   Enjoy!
