Soy Protein question

I bought a bag of Bob's Red Mill Soy Protein Powder and hope it will help punch up my protein intake.  I can't find much information about adding it to other things.  I would like to add it to some baked goods like bread.  Does anyone know if the protein properties change if you cook with it?  Can I add it to soup?  I am about 10 months out.  When I first started I tried putting unflavored protein powder in soup and it was disgusting and unedible.  Someone said you couldn't get it hot.  Anyway and suggestions would be great.

I've never used that, but I found their website for you, at http://www.bobsredmill.com/

Click on top where it says "recipes", and then "find a recipe". Then change "any ingredient" to "soy flour", and whatever other options you like. There are 3 soy breads and one whole wheat bread. Good luck!
