Non protein powder protein shakes?

I'm 16 months out.  I have an eratic schedue due to school and need to supplement with protein powder so that I meet my minimum requirements.

I don't know if this is helpful or not but I get alot of my protein in from carnation instant breakfast and cream of wheat.  I have also used pure protein shakes from walmart.

I'll check out the carnation breakfast. I drank those in high school. I have cream of wheat up on the top shelf of my pantry. I'll pull it down and check it out. I can only tolerate about 15 g of carbs in a meal, so I'll have to see if it falls under that. Thanks!

 I love Cream of Wheat! I had no idea that it was a good source of protein. Woohoo!

Here are some of my favorite protein sources:

1/2 can tuna - 13 g
8 oz Skim Plus milk - 11 g
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese - 14 g
1/2 cup Egg Beaters - 12
6 oz greek yougurt - 16 g

Low fat deli meats are good too, but make sure to check the label.

I'll have to see if I can work in more cottage cheese and skim milk.  I eat egg whites for breakfast every morning and tuna at least once a week.  Maybe I can make my hot chocolate with warm milk instead of water too.  Thanks!
