Wow this has really been a journey...I feel relieved to have been able to get that dilation even though I ended up in the hospital for 3 days. But now I can eat protein as I please with no problems. I just chew chew chew and follow my guidelines. The only thing I need to work on now is getting into a vitamin regimen. I haven't taken anything in over 2 weeks. Once I have that down, I work back on going to the gym in a few weeks since right now, doc has not cleared me to go to the gym. Just wanted to share a before and after pic of my results so far.

This 1st pic was taken last December I was roughly at 260lbsThe 2nd pic was taken last Thursday at my friends bday party at 220lbs

Look at that JAWLINE! Your bone structure is amazing. When I have a defined jaw I've promised myself the pixie cut I've always wanted.
