Yesterday I woke up on the later side and didnt have any protein shakes all day. I was very dissapointed in my protein and water stats...

Protein grams = 27
water oz. = 44

Today Im up and at it early with a protein shake (26 g)  and bottle of water (16 oz.)

defenitly Pam. Im hoping to develop a routine so it becomes second nature to me. Shake and bottle of water seems like the best way to start the day (for me).

That's exactly what I had to do.  I have been fortunate to tolerate millk well, if anything it's become a real treat for me--and it's got protein in it, too.  I have this routine every morning, and it lasts about 90 minutes, but I carry over into when I'm sitting at my desk at work.  I take all my vitamins with a big glass of milk while I'm getting ready for work , then on my way to work/at my desk, have 1 travel mug of coffee, then I have a Chobani yogurt.  On the way home from work I drink a protein shake in the car.  I find that I can interchange my other meals and still get the protein I need, as long as I keep my morning and drive home routine the same.  I've been off work this week and it's been tough because I know I'm not getting in the protein since I'm not having any shakes.  For that reason, I can't wait to go back to work!

In the beginning I lived off of Isopure in the glass bottles. I had a hard time getting in shakes and the Isopure was perfect for me. Fluids and protein all in one. I carried a bottle with me at all times to sip on so I could get my protein and fluids in. In the beginning I wasn't even getting close to my fluid/protein goals. It does get easier.

At a few weeks out, you're doing great!  It's important that you stay concious of what you're taking in.  I'm 11months out and STILL have trouble getting all my fluid in, I don't force myself cuz that just hurts!!!

During the week I'm really close to goal but on the weekends, when I'm out and about forget it... I carry around a 32 oz bottle but don't always think of the sipping.

Getting dehydrated is NOT good and I've definitely felt it in the past...

I'm excited that this year I do NOT have to have a New Years resolution to "Diet" instead it's to reach goals with my Protein, Fluid and Supplements.

Keep up the good work girlfriend!!! :-)

One thing I'm doing is to have two bottles of liquid - usually a Crystal Light and a Propel Zero - first thing in the morning...Before any vitamins or protein. That gives me a head start in case I fall behind later.

For protein I've made my protein shake with Mootopia (lactose free milk). That bumps the protein count of just one shake to 40mg. Two of those in one day and I can hit the magic 80g.
Don't ask me how we lost to Baylor.  I can't figure it Out either!
