How long does it last?

I am sure that this question has been asked before. I want to know know long does protein last. I made a shake this morning in my blinder bottle and I forgot about it. Is it still good for me to drink this afternoon? It has been the refrigerator all day as well.

Yes, it's fine to drink if the consistency hasn't changed to something
gloopy. Some protein powders get slimy and thick when they sit
and some don't change much, but if you can get it down, it's fine
to drink. The protein is still there.

In the fridge, about as long as a glass of milk would last. So quite a while.
