50lbs gone forever!!!!

and I will never see those 50lbs again. This has been the most amazing journey of my life. Everything has become second nature to me except for the vitamins....gotta get on track with that but everything else has been going great....almost out of the 2s!!! Onederland here I come.

Barbara!! You will do great....I thought this would not work for me but it is working. Obviously you have to be willing to follow the rules and put in the work but as I start seeing the results it motivates me to keep going. I have my days where I cheat but I am following the 90/10 rule at this point. And I have lost a total of 35inches. So for all of you who are skeptical, take it from someone who not only loves food but also knows how to cook all the bad stuff, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!! Nothing tastes as good as thing feels!!!!!

Congrats!! I just hit 50 lbs as well...but I am one more month ahead of you!! Your numbers are great!!

I agree with Sheba's mom...I ordered a pill organizer from Amazon...best 7$ I have ever spent!! It came with a small container for each day of the week...and I haven't missed a day since!
