Is it ok if I ask at why over a year out you are doing all liquids? was it for your recent surgery?

Having Plastics surgery and wearing a binder makes it near impossible to get in all my liquids.. Its almost like when you first had the RNY.. I was told to give it a 4-6 weeks then I should regain some of my capacity.. plus I need to take in 90 grams min of protein and 100 fl of water and all my vitamins.. tough really tough at this point.. so far I am keeping track of it all..

Today was a help my mom day, and after I got her off to the beauty shop I went grocery shopping. I had to get a few things for lunch

B - pumpkin pie shake (skim milk, Chike vanilla, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice)
L - Nik's Mexican Lasagna (left off the tortillas on one side.. I am still no bread rice or pasta et****il next month)
D - will take leftovers
S - greek yogurt and SF preserves

If I have a 2nd snack it will probably be roasted almonds or laughing cow light cheese w/ turkey pepperoni

I am going to the gym after work. I'm just throwing that statement out there to help prepare for the New Year enslaught of gym goers and crowds. If I can just find a machine and zone out in calorie burn land, I'll be happy!

B: egg/turkey sausage/diced pears NSA
L: meatloaf, spaghetti squash, brown rice
S: RF cheese, turkey pepperoni, clementine
D: something that's not meatloaf...chicken?
S: string cheese & nuts, cup of tea

Well after weeks and weeks of liquids, I'm proud to say that I had CHEESE for dinner !
