Hard time loosing the last 17 pounds!
How much have you already lost? Some folks only lose 50-70% of their excess weight and that is considered 'success'.
How much are you eating? Sometimes folks are not eating enough to let their bodies lose (it is a paradox for sure - but your body needs enough calories to know it is not 'starving')
Change up your exercise? Add more protein?

I too am struggling big time to get the last 10 to 15 off. I keep fluctuationg making it even worse! Usually it's up and down a few lbs here and there. I am so frustrated and feel like I am never going to make goal. I just hired a personal trainer to help me with my weight lifting because I do cardio all the time but not lifting like I should and I am hoping that will help. Either way just wanted to let you know you are not alone. I have been in a stall for MONTHS not weeks, I can't stand it! Good luck to you:)
