check out your local senior center...

for those of us that are close to that age, and are not comfortable going to your local gym or cant afford the gym..check out your local senior center, they have some dance classes, exercises classes...mine has line dancing, tap dancing, zumba, rockerettes exercise classes...ballroom dance classes....for members, they are only $1.00 except for the zumba class is $5.00  yes its taliored for the older crowd.... and its only 5.00 per year to join....i went today for the beginner line dance class...and man, some of those dances kicked my butt....held my own with the electric slide tho since i knew that one....but it was fun, worked up a sweat, and did not feel out of place like i would at the local gym...the price is pretty decent too..

so something the think about...just to pass it on, in case your close to the senior stage..i am 50 and getting close....not sure i would be able to keep up at a normal gym class,
