Complication

Thanks for the help on my little issue with the shakes.... it actually helped the doc figure out y i almost had a heart attack today.... yeah, im down to 213, otherwise pretty healthy 28 year old... my heart rate while i was walking hit a staggering 171... after talking to the doc, we think i have ketoacidosis. long name, but super serious. no exercising allowed, i go in monday for labs to confirm.

I'd be curious to know if that is what you have.  I always tell people ketosis is not what it's cracked up to be, and that it can lead to ketoacidosis.  But, alas, they tell me I'm wrong, that ketosis is "tha bomb."

i think that is far fetched. i think it is dangerous and is not healthy. that is the whole point of getting the surgery.
