Question about Protein drinks

I am at that darn last dreaded 15 lbs that just are not coming off.  I went back to archives and read quite a bit about going back to 1 to 2 protein drinks a day as a meal replacement.  My question is how many scoops of protein powder do you use for your shakes.  I have always used 2 scoops, which gives me 190 calories and 40 grams of protein.  Is this how others do it?

For me, it depends on the brand of protein.  I use however much it takes to get about 25-39 grams of protein per shake.  And I like to keep my shakes at 200 calories or less.

I agree with Kelly, it depends on the brand.

It also depends on whether you use water or milk, and what kind of milk.

My shake is about 42g protein but I use one scoop regular whey (26g) and one scoop of Click, just cuz I like the flavor. It's 230 calories.
