Tried your hot chocolate recipe with vanilla protein powder and it was very good. Couldn't taste or smell the protein. Yay!

Glad you liked it.  That has been my "go to" protein drink for almost 3 years (except in the middle of summer), and I still have one every weekday morning just to be sure I have plenty of protein without having to count everything.

Hey tammy and Lora: Could you share the recipe again. Sorry, i have been preoccupied this past week and missed that post. Would love to have it, if you don't mind. Thanks, Nancy

Hi Nancy! How are you? For the protein hot chocolate all you do is add 1 scoop of protein powder to a packet of sugar free hot cocoa mix. I mixed the protein mix separately in a cup with a little water to make a paste. Then added it to hot chocolate (already made), that way it won't clump up. I used vanilla protein powder, but you could probably use chocolate or whatever flavor you like. I couldn't smell or taste the protein which is VERY important to me. Enjoy!
