We can only absorb about 500 mg calcium at a time, and we need three or four doses a day.  Otherwise, this is fine.

****!  I am never going to remember to take pills 4 times a day.

What if I take one Calcium in the morning, on with lunch and one with dinner?  That would be 1500 mg per day.

Yeah.  Then take your iron at bedtime.

To help me remember  mine, I take them with breakfast, lunch and dinner, then take iron at bedtime.  And I keep my vitamins near where I'll be when I take them.  Like, my bedtime vitamins are by  my bed.  The others are in the living room, so I can easily grab them when it's time to eat.

I found some Calcium citrate at Costco in pill form, 500mg per pill.

It's ok to take that in pills right?  I see everyone say they take it in chews and chewable, but I found that all the chewable are carbinate not citrate.

I would rater just swallow a pill then chew it, so the more I can take the swallow ones the one likely I am to take them.

Yeah, it's fine.

It's hard to find chewable citrate in stores.  Gotta order online, mostly.

Make sure your pills are 500 mg per pills.  Sometimes the label says 500 mg per serving but a serving might be two pills.

Please verify on the bottle. But most Costco Calcium Citrate has 500 per 2 or 3 pills. I could not find one pill 500.  Check on the bottle.
