best protein shakes

I'm a fan of Jay Robb or syntrax nectars both in vanilla so I can add what I want to change the flavor. About time has samples too and now through the 22nd they're running a buy one get one 50% off.

Get samples.  Don't buy a bunch because your taste will change.
With that said after surgery I didn't like Whey protein powder.  I would drink ISO pure fruit punch and grape flavors available at Meijer and some Walgreens in the small 8 oz 8 packs (be sure to get the zero carb zero sugar ones)

As for protein powders I used Jay Robb egg white protein powder.  I think you can order samples online.
