Date changing again!!!

Got a call from the doctors office today to tell me I am on hold till they get approval from my insurance. Since my ins. changed names, I have to get re-approved all over again. This is starting to get old. I am so ready to have this done. They said it could take as long as 15 days. The sad part is I have a letter from that same company saying I have been approved. I do not like BCBS at all!!
