Phase Two stage

Ok so I will be 4 weeks out on Tuesday and I can start eating "normal" food.   ie: not pureed.

my question is what the heck do I eat?  I had the transition class about 3 weeks ago but I really don't remember everything she said.  I bought some stuff at the grocery store today but I want to make sure I'm not going to eat something that will make me wicked sick.

I bought canned chicken, riccotta cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, tofu.

Any other suggestions?

My stage two consisted of full liquids and my stage three consists of puree's and soups.  Last night i had home made veggie soup and actually kept it down which is an accomplishment on my part.    I'll be able to have ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, refried beans and cottage cheese.

Anything really soft should be OK.  Try things like eggs, tuna, chili, soup, cooked veggies, soft fruits like bananas or canned peaches (make sure they aren't canned in sugary syrup), beans, stuff like that.  Stay away from the starches for a while.

After 3 weeks, I ate fork tender meats. Baked chicken/turkey. Chili(Wendy's). lean hamburger steak. talpia. salmon. scrambled eggs with chicken and sprinkle of cheese. I had pork tenderloin at Christmas. My veggies are softly cooked and I limit myself with starchy veggies. I eat oatmeal 3x week with protein powder. I continue to drink 2 protein shakes a day.

I'm still having a hard time getting all of it in.  I'm never hungry and when I do eat I'm full for hours..some nights I don't eat dinner because I'm still full from lunch.  I know I have to force myself to get in all the protein but it's so damn hard.
never thought I'd say "I can't be bothered eating".
