Gas what do u take for this?

Seem's I have gas from just about everything I eat. I hate all the

farting I'm doing. What does everyone take for this?

For the gas, Gas-X Strips. Works wonders, fast!

Thanks you for the help..I do the walking but just need some extra help I'm going to try the gas X & the walmart type..

Walmart version of gas-ex. Its a teeny tiny little green pill. Cheap...and works wonders instantly!
