slowing the weight is coming off! -  Down 3 more pds.  37 pds down puts me at 217, so much better then 254!!

34 pds down. -  I'm down 34 Pd's.  But seems like it took forever to get here.  I'm exercising more now.  So hopefully the scales will move more too..
