help please...horrible cold

 5 weeks out, horrible cold....What can I take?  Can't breath, can't sleep, runny, stuffy nose....can I take Tylenol liquid cold meds?  My dr is closed today for some reason...I tried

I had a horrible cold a few weeks ago. My doctor told me to take Tylenol Cold liquid. If you are coughing at all you will also want to get a sugar free cough syrup.

sudafed works great to clear up the stuffiness, and at night I like to use afrin spray so I can really breath well.

Anything that doesn't contain an NSAID should be fine.  If you are sensitive to sugars make sure any syrup you take is sugar free.
