I know how you feel. Joints are feeling good, no more bp meds and I can play on the floor with the grandbaby!

Congrats. I remember I had sleep apnea and high blood pressure. Things will only greatly improve from here on out.

 Way to go!

I completely agree. I would never have believed I could feel this good and normal for the first time in years. It's so great to walk in a room and not have people stare at how fat I am. I love being able to bend over and put on my shoes without my face exploding. And hopefully soon I can get off the bp meds.

That's great Diana, I'm one of the newbies and I'm scheduled for surgery on 1/30/2012.  I'm on the first day of the pre-liquid diet and struggling a little, but I know it will be worth it in the end.  Thank you for your story and inspiration.
