I went to the Dr and they adjusted my goal weight, They said I was being unrealistic. I'm 49 yrs old and I wanted to be 125lbs but they suggested 135 was a healthier weight. I am having a hard time with losing now. I know I have to get my butt moving and get to the pool or the gym more often. Figured if I wrote it here and saw it in print, it might be easier to do. April will be my 1 yr surgiversary and I feel like I'm not going to make goal by then.

Most WLS folks keep losing until about 18-24 months out. This doesn't mean that you can't lose after that- it just becomes much more difficult.

You're a lightweight, so you'll probably lose all your weight and then some if you keep doing the right things.

Good Luck,
