Fruits?
Early on it was soft fruits. Some have issues with bananas due to their sugar content, but a nice ripe mushy banana was a good early food for me.
I was told to stay away from things with seeds and tough skins.
Peeled apples OK, no grapes, no blueberries.
This was early on. Now I can eat pretty much any fruit, but I am over a year out.

It might be a little early, but you won't know till you try it, right? I like the fruit in the plastic cups.. no sugar added! Or unsweetened applesauce. I don't dump so I don't know if these will cause an issue for you or not. I really like the peaches because they are already kind of soft. I add a container to my morning oatmeal with a pinch of cinnamon and 1/2 a teaspoon of splenda brown sugar.. it tastes just like peach cobbler
Nothing with fiberous strings - like melon or oranges. try cutting up really small-soft stuff like pears, bananas or other fruits that don't have a skin or rind. See what your doc says at 5 weeks out - one postie said she couldn't have any citrus for 3 months, or grapes with skins. I got melon stuck early out but other fruits were ok.

I have just started eating fruit in the past month and I am almost 6 months out. I have been very lucky and can eat all fruit. I love navel oranges and honey crisp apples. I see where some dump on fruit, but me not being a dumper I can eat a large apple or orange with no problem. Try small amounts first. The first thing I tried was a banana and was fine, I then went to strawberries and no problem, so from there had apples and oranges in the past two weeks....no problems. Hope you do ok with them....they save me most days! The apples especially....I love the CRUNCH!
