I have a question for some of the more informed here,,,,, I see these already made protien drinks such as ATKINS and MYOPLEX at places like walmart  they are convient for me to grab on the run and take to work but are they ok for us and do they contain the proper protien for RNY patients ???  I have tried one or two and they dont taste bad .  Just wondering if anyone knew anything about these . Since I went bck to work meeting my protien goals has been a challenge. We cant eat at our desks but we can have beverages , so these would work good for me . please let me know if anyone has an opinion on these products   thanks LYNN

If you have a costco near you, they carry muscle milk light chocolate which is good. As well as Premier nutrition Protein in vanilla and chocolate. I have tried the vanilla and it's good.

Both the Premier flavors at Costco are yummy and they carry 30 g of protein in each drink. Seems to have worked well for me so far. I've had no problems tolerating them.
Don't ask me how we lost to Baylor.  I can't figure it Out either!

Just grab what's palatable to you -- and watch the CARB/SUGAR content.

Atkins are damned near perfect for RTD, I think Myoplex has a "light" --?  Also PREMIER Protein... Isopure...
