Sugar substitute? Which ones are good/bad for you?

I have been using Splenda daily in my decaf coffee & tea.  After recent talk about it containing pesticides, I am now concerned & not sure if I should continue.  What do you use and why?  Thanks so much .....

Some will tell you that they are all bad.  My 17 YO son thinks Splenda gives him migraines but is fine with any other.  Most feel Stevia (Truvia) is natural and the best to use.

I don't care to use any of the artificial sweetners due to the chemicals and the gastric distress they cause (i.e. "farts"), so I find that the Stevia product works best for my personal taste.

I have to limit Splenda because if I eat too much of it, I start shaking. I've started using Stevia with pretty good results. I'll admit that I don't really like it in coffee--just doesn't taste right.

I used splenda for years, but a few years ago switched to Stevia and have been very happy with it!!...

I use (gasp) "real" sugar. I use it only in my morning coffee or tea and that's it. I figure since I don't use it much, why not use the real thing. Some substitutes give me headaches, some just taste down right nasty.
