Just came from doc, I'm 38 lbs from my goal!!! (Pics)

I started at 278 lbs, and as of today I am 213 lbs!! My goal is 175! I have tons more energy, my kids and I do alot more outdoor activities, and I am definitly learning to eat healthier! Thanks so much to everyone on this board for all of the support and infomation!!!

You look awesome..and I can't believe that you are 213 either..wow! I hope I look THAT good at 213..Keep up the great work and this has got to be a huge blessing for your kids as well! What a great role model!
