Knowing that you should only be able to eat two maybe three tablespoons at a time, measure that much into the bowl you are using so you only eat what you know you should.
I'm just 4 weeks out and felt the same at first, but also, don't eat until your 'full' because that last bite could be too much and make you feel uncomfortable, or like you have to throw up.
WLS for Dummies is great book that tells you how much you should be able to eat and at what time. Like in 6 months you'll be able to eat a bit more.
Hope this was helpful!

Measure your food and eat the amount your doctor has recommended and then stop. You can't tell when you're full right now because when they did your surgery, they cut the nerves that tell your brain when you're full. It can take weeks or longer for that to heal.
You're unlikely to stretch your pouch because it's difficult to do that since the pouch is made from the least stretchy part of the stomach and it's unlikely that you're eating such large amounts right now that it could stretch anything. However, you might cause yourself discomfort or vomiting, and it's a good habit to develop, measuring your portions.

I agree - measuring is very important. My plan was no more then a 1/4 cup of food per meal. ate 3 meals and 3 shakes a day. But all plans are different.
You cannot go on what you feel, like others have said, nerves have been cut. I'm 8 weeks out and still have no full or hunger sensations.
