What can I sub for the mayo?

I have a recipe that calls for both mayo and sour cream.  I'm ok with using FF sour cream, but is there anything I can sub in for the mayo?  What would you use?  I'm listing the recipe below with the link for the original post.  I read through the comments in the post, but I didn't see anyone subbing the mayo.

6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
16 oz can of artichokes (I'm subbing spinach)
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. parmesan cheese (I'm subbing Mozzarella probably)
garlic - I'm adding
onion powder - I'm adding

Heat oven to 350
Place meat in greased casserol dish
Mix other ingredients and spread over chicken
Bake for 40 min

I would try Greek yogurt.  I can no longer stand the taste of mayo & I've found plain Greek yogurt works as a substitute for me.  Recipe looks tasty. I'll have to try it.  Let us know how it turns out.

Dr. Oz just did a show on subbing this for that to save calories and be healthier choice.   For mayo substitue he reccommended plain greek yogurt mixed with mashed avacado.  I can't wait to try that!
Hope this helps you out!

I would probably just use fat free mayo or skip it all together and double up on the fat free sour cream (or just use plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream and the mayo).

Truthfully with the little amount your going to eat...I'd just use the mayo . If you REALLy want to sub something, Greek yogurt or low fat mayo should work okay.  I had to go look at my mayo's and see the differences between them. I'd use the real stuff with the amount of it you would get in each serving (I'm really assuming your not planning  on trying to sit down and eat the whole thing yourself here ) it's pretty minimal and some fat in your diet isn't bad. My mayo lists no sugar, no big carbs, and only 11g fat per serving (5 for the low fat). Lets day out of the 1/2 cup you get 1/6 of it..that's about a single serving.

I eat Mayonaise. I think FF Mayo is the most vile creation on earth.
My diet is not non-fat.
If you are going to the do the greek yogurt do 1/2 yogurt 1/2 mayo at least.
