Sounds good and the stats seem okay. Unfortunately, I have learned that I have to stay away from crackers of any kind- they go down way to easy and set off cravings that I can't control, leading me down a slippery slope to carb creep and weight gain.

As long as that isn't a problem for you, sounds like a great find- fiber, protein, flavor and crunch!! Enjoy!

Net carbs are 7 (11 carbs - 4 fiber).  But these stats are for one big cracker, right?  Can you stop at one.  If so, I think they are fine.  If you eat 2 then you are at 200 calories for 10 g. of protein.  Not the best, but not the worst either.

Have you heard about FULL BITES?  They so help me when I need to have something crunchy. And you get a bag that I can't finish in one sitting.
