Bloating

 Hi Everyone, 

I am currently 18 months out, and I am constantly feeling bloated. I went to get an ultra sound, I have no gall stones, so that's ruled out. I am currently taking microgestin 1/20 birth control pills so I am not sure if that's the reason. I have even gained 5lbs since I started taking the birth control.  I know I have developed acid reflux, my primary physician prescribed zantac 150 for me to start taking as of last week.  I was wondering if I should ask him to prescribe diuretics to help with the bloating, or does anyone have any suggestions on how to reduce this bloating feeling? 

I had severe bloating and after numerous tests, I had exploratory surgery and found out I had a hole in my intestines that was causing it. Simple repair and I was back to work the next day.
