Yes, you can sublinguals over the counter or on the internet if you are getting other things at vitalady.com - many of us get things from her like iron, vitamin D = she also sells some of the bariatric advantage stuff if you needed.

Just read the bottle and make sure it says sublingual - you can also go to a vitamin shoppe or GNC. Normal minimum dose is 1000mcg daily.   You could start on that if you want, many need alot more than that and since you have been taking the wrong stuff up this now, you are probably pretty low, you might want to take 2000mcg daily until your first set of labs.  There is no danger in being high, you just pee out the excess but being low is danger, can develop nerve damage and if low enough, you can get cognitive troubles too.

Since, you are getting such bad advice, I will try to go over all the other stuff too.  This is what you need to be taking from the beginning.

2 multivitamins per day  preferably one without iron - centrum silver chewables are great, taste good and have everything you need.  If you take a different form of centrum, make sure they have selenium - that is very important for us.

calcium citrate - 1500-2000mg per day in 3-4 daily doses, no more than 650mg per dose and atleast 2 hours between doses - can't be within 2 hours of any calcium or thyroid medication.

iron - carbonyl iron plus vitamin C - tender irons from vitalady.com are great, they have the necessary vitamin C in them  = they are 60mg each plus - 400mg of vitamin C.  Take a minimum of 1 at a time and many take anywhere from 3-5 at a time depending on how low there iron and ferritin are.  starting doses are usually 1 or 2.  Some people try to get it local and you can get feosol, this is 45mg each but it doesnt' have the vitamin C in it, so you have to by that separately.  You need 200mg of C per 30mg of iron -so calculate accordingly - this carbonyl iron works okay, not as good as the tenders and is harder on your stomach.  The tenders are really cheap since they come in a bottle of 400.

vitamin D - dry D3 - from biotech - at vitalady.com - either 5,000 unit capsules or 50,000 unit capsules - depending on how your levels are.  Some take 10,000 or 15,000 daily and others take 50,000 a few times per week

B12 - I went over the sublinguals, the other option is injections, either at the doctors office or many of us give them to ourselves but that is a prescription.  dont' do the nasal spray = I haven't seen good results

B1 - 100mg daily

As far as the potassium - there are many different types - I have taken klorcon and know it is huge - I remember years ago and taking one that wasn't that big, I would start out at the pharmacy and ask them to show you the different types and them see which ones are smaller, then you could ask your doctor for the smaller type.  I did this but dont' remember the name.  Sometimes you have to take 2 of them to get the proper dosage by doing this but it is worth it.  You might also cut your current on in half.
