I thought I'd load a recent pic of myself. I'm just shy of 19 months out from surgery. I stalled from the end of October until the beginning of February but I kept on eating right and moving. This last month I had my biggest loss since the first month of surgery. I dropped 10 pounds this last month. My average has been 5 pounds a month. So without further ado, here is my before and after at 19 months out.

You look awesome! Thanks for the post. I'm still waiting for a date and I still have trouble believing that it will actually work for me. It's been so many years since I was below 200 lbs that I just can't imagine it actually happening. I'm happy for you! Hope I'm as successful as you are! God bless.

Thanks! Feel like an entirely different person now. I'm 5'4" and have lost 125 pounds from my top weight. I weigh less now than I did when I got married 13 years ago. I'll never be as thin as I was before I gained weight, but I'm definitely on my way to where I want to be.
