Finally under 200lbs!

I'm out almost ten weeks & for the last three weeks have been fluctuating between 207 & 202.....back & forth and it's been driving new crazy as I just wanted to get to under 200lbs! Finally this am the scale said 199lbs! Woooooo hoooooo!

I keep reminding myself, I didn't gain the weight overnight and I am not going to lose it overnight, but I am going to lose it!

We had surgery on the same day! Welcome to onederland! I will say that I have stayed around 197-199 for the last three weeks. I think my body is adjusting to being somewhere it hasn't for too many years to count! Don't be surprised if you don't move for a little while.

Thanks looks like we started about the same too I was 265 lb s when I made the decision and lost 19 before surgery. So excited to see me again in the mirror! I keep saying welcome back! Lol
