Strawberry Cheesecake-What Took Me So Long?

For well over a year and a half I have been hearing people talking about putting pudding mix in their Greek yogurt and I always meant to try it but I never got around to it.  I bought dozens of cartons of Greek yogurt that I wound up tossing because I was just too afraid of the taste.  I had tried it before in another recipe and it was so sour tasting that I was afraid to try it again.
Finally, after I had to stop eating my protein pudding at night because I started dumping on it, I decided to try it again.  I mixed a carton of Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of chocolate pudding mix, a couple of packets of Splenda so it would be really sweet and a spoonful of sour cream.  I mixed it up real good and topped it with Cool Whip.  Heaven :)  It was so good I've been having it for breakfast and a night time snack.
Today I decided to get adventurous and I mixed a carton of Greek yogurt, 2 tsp of cheesecake pudding mix and a tsp of sugar free strawberry jello, the Splenda, a spoonful of sour cream and topped it with Cool Whip.   I also topped it with some sliced strawberries.  So good.  Now I can't decide between my chocolate or strawberry concoction.  They are both so good I may have one for breakfast and the other for my snack.

Sounds yummy!  Having trouble lately finding the one and only greek yogurt I like (Chobani Lemon) so maybe I'll give these a try.  Thanks for sharing!!

I like it with cheesecake pudding mix, then topped with some no sugar added cherry pie filling and a crumbled up graham cracker.

It's good with cheesecake pudding mix, some pureed canned pumpkin and a splash of sugar free caramel syrup, topped with cool whip and a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon, too.

Where do you get the SF cheesecake pudding mix? Is there a specific brand? I have been unable to find it.

I've found it with the other pudding and jello mixes.  It is made by Jello brand.  I shop at Fred Meyer's, which is Kroger here.  I have also seen it at Walmart.

Yep, Jello brand, with all the other pudding mixes at the store.  I've found it at both Meijer and Kroger.

Greek yogurt with SF orange marmalade, 2 tsp of banana cream SF pudding, a couple small drops of Loran pineapple flavoring, and most of a scoop of vanilla protein.

Greek yogurt with apple butter, 2 tsp vanilla SF pudding, a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg, and most of a scoop of vanilla protein.

Greek yogurt with cherry spoonfruit (or strawberry or raspberry), 1 tspn SF chocolate pudding, 1 tspn SF cheesecake pudding, 2 tspns dark unsweetened coca, most of a scoop of chocolate protein.

There are a million ways to mix it up - and I eat it excitedly a couple times a day!
