bruises?

Just lately I find I'm bruising really easily and in some cases without any reason for it. I have tiny bruises on my arms and bigger ones on my legs (the ones on my legs are from brushing up against things). I admittedly have been half-assed about taking my multi in the last couple of months, so figure it's something I'm missing (and I've gone back to setting up my weekly pill boxes so I won't skip anymore). I'm due for blood work soon anyway, so wondering what I should make sure they add into the mix to check. Thanks!

edited to add: I also had to stop my vitamin D for a couple of months ****il my tax return came so I could order some) but started up Vitalady's 50K pills a a week ago.

Make sure they check your K level and/or clotting time (which is affected by low K)

THANKS!  I'll definitely ask for him to add that in as well.
