Just got results back today, Doc wants me back in her office ASAP. I have been feeling very week lately and have developed Raynauds (cold hands and feet).
Your vitamin D is also dangerously low. Below 80, you're at increased risk for stuff like osteoporosis, heart disease and some kinds of cancer (so says the Linus Pauling Institute). You need to take a lot more D3.
Are these all the labs you had done? No B12, protein, anything like that?

YEs here is another set. Doc didnt check B12 this time but it was 484 last time.

Your protein is pretty low here. Ideally it would be at least 7.0.
I'm gonna suggest you ask your doc to order a complete set of labs - B12, folate, thiamine, B6, A, E, K, zinc, copper, selenium, PTH, the whole works. That's because the numbers I'm seeing so far aren't so good. It looks like you have several deficiencies and I'd say there is a good chance you have more that weren't tested for yet.
Have you been taking all your vitamins? Two multis a day (adult multis), calcium citrate (not carbonate), iron, B12, D3?

The problem with my doc is she is not very schooled on gastric bypass patients. I think that with these numbers she is thinking I have some horrible blood desease, cancer or something becauswe of the the wbc being low as well. Not Severe Anemia. She mentioned possibly going to a hemotologist. As for vitamins I take my calcium religiously and take mulit vitamin and have been taking d3 although not as religiously but I am wondering if may be the pills that I take is a problem. The pills are 2000IU, even though she only wants me to take 1000IU a day but they are gel caps. Can our body breakdown the gel caps? I do not take Iron at all
Why aren't you taking iron at all? You desperately need it. With your iron so low, though, a hematologist would not be a bad idea.
