side/back pain

I still have my feeding tube from surgery on 2/20, and yes it's uncomfortable, but I've been having pain (sharp and dull) in my right side, back. I think it's in my kidney area but I'm not sure. I have been getting lots of fluids and my protein, and this pain comes and goes. It's def not muscle pain. It happens to be on the same side as my g-tube, but I dont think the 2 are related. Anyone have any thoughts?
