Maintenance - I Think I am Doing It

Thanks everyone!  I am experiencing a bit of bounce back, too, but in my case it is welcome.  I kept some clothes that are a size bigger then what I have been wearing so I don't have to worry about buying more clothes.  I haven't needed to get them out yet but maybe by summer.  I kind of went jean crazy and bought a lot of jeans so I probably have a dozen or so pairs in the shed because I thought that would be my ultimate size and maybe it will be.
I am looking foward to the day when I have to get rid of clothes because I have worn them out and not because they don't fit any more.

Congratulations on feeling so positive.  I am glad that this time around you are having he success that you did not have previously.

Although I was the same size for years (so the same clothes always fit), this past week it got warm enough here for me to pull out some summer clothes, and -- just like last year -- I was SO happy to be able to pull out shorts (even if they ARE knee-length to hide my hanging thigh skin) and a (gasp!) tank top.  I always felt so uncomfortable in summer having to wear skirts instead of shorts to try to stay cool (this was before capris were in fashion and they didn't even make long shorts in a size 28), so being able to wear the walking shorts and a tank top is a HUGE deal for me. The fact that these are the same size 10 shorts that I bout 3 summers ago is a huge bonus!

Here's to you wearing the same clothes again NEXT year...!

Congratulations on staying the same size all these years.  To me that is success.  I wear walking shorts, too.  Not in a hurry to show off my thighs but I can live with them.
I hope I never have to buy new clothes again, except to replace things that wear out.
I have a shed full of warm weather clothes, too, that I wore last year but the weather around here doesn't seem to be close enough for me to even think about wearing them.
