I have noticed that the later I eat dinner the better off I am regarding wanting to snack at night. Night snackin has always been an issue for me so the past few nights I have been eating a little later than normal and so far it has gone well. I don't know why I didn't think of this before. Anyone else eat a late dinner for this purpose?

I do. I wor****il 1am most nights and when I finally get home and finish my night time "chores" all I want is to snack. So I eat a little later. Usually it works, sometimes the screaming meemee's want to eat even if I am not hungry

Nope. I eat throughout the evening.

When I make dinner, I make a "normal" portion for myself, which breaks down into 2-3 WLS portions. I have one of them for dinner, then have a little more a couple hours later, and then if I'm still feeling peckish, I'll have the rest while winding down for bed.

I just make sure that whatever I'm eating is high in protein, low in carbs, and healthy.
