lets talk velvetta cheese.......i know, i know..
tomorrow is hubbys bday, so we are dong bday dinner tonight, everyone wanted indian tacos, and nachos...so i am making for them, i will have some taco salad..but oh goodness gracious...velvetta now has a white con queso flavor of cheese....oh why did they have to do that????
there is nothing better than velvetta cheese with ro-tel for nachos.....and it makes the best man n cheese too.....but i also know it is not good for us.....
but i can remember can't I????
tonight is going to be hard....mexican with velvetta, and bday cake and black jack cherry ice cream...all my hubbys favorites....i may have to have a bite or two....i am a year out....

Well how about you make a healthier alternative. As far as I know we can have regular shredded chedder. There is a website of a lady who used to be a member here. She had WLS in 2006 and make recipes that look absolutely awsome. Check her out for some inspiration.

Um no...gubment cheese was actual real cheese. I remember that stuff. It came in a hard ass block that you had to WORK to cut. Grating it was always much easier. That and fifty cents got you the bestest mac 'n cheese ever.
