1 year april 12th...back to bad habits

 i'm right there with you. but my snacking has been fitting into my daily calorie and protein goals. i've been working out. but the scale still isn't moving. i had a little ego boost when i did my measurements this week and i've gone down 1/2 in to 1 1/2 inches in all the areas i measure since 2 weeks ago. 

and i agree that there could be a tie between hormonal b.c. and the cravings. mine definitely got worse around the time i switched from the pill (which my gyno doesn't think i was absorbing because of the way my cycles were) to the nuvaring.
