3 weeks out and miserable!!
I am glad you are better. I struggled like you get my protein in so I continued having protein shakes for breakfast and still do from time to time. It will get better. Seafood was the easiest thing for me at first. Shrimp was something I could eat. I had a hard time with chicken. Today, just a little more than 3 months out and I can eat most anything.
