3 weeks out and miserable!!

I am glad you are better.  I struggled like you get my protein in so I continued having protein shakes for breakfast and still do from time to time.  It will get better.  Seafood was the easiest thing for me at first.  Shrimp was something I could eat.  I had a hard time with chicken.  Today, just a little more than 3 months out and I can eat most anything. 
It will get better.

Try egg beaters if you want an egg.  They are easier on your pouch.  Be sure to measure though.  Like everyone is saying 1 whole egg is too much at your stage.   Best of luck
